I trained with UK Hypopressives as an instructor in 2016 and went on to also gain an instructors qualification in Low Pressure Fitness, training with the UKs Master trainer for the International Hypopressive Council, Abigail Lord.
I am amongst the first in the UK to have my qualifications recognised by the International Hypopressive Council (IHC) and continue to stay tapped into the latest research and findings in Hypopressive Fitness as the method develops around the world.
1:1 Personal Training
For the best introduction into Hypopressive Fitness it is recommended that you start with the 1:1 Personal Training course. This gives your body a great core strengthening kick-start and gives you the best chance of making Hypopressives a habit for life.

A minimum of 5 hours training – split into 3 sessions
A full consultation and initial assessment including postural photographs
